FC Mesquite’s Vision is to be recognized as a leader in youth sports, not only in the soccer demographic, but as a model for other athletic organizations to follow.  We strive to be a model for Youth Soccer not only in Southern Utah but represent our values in every arena we are involved in.   FC Mesquite will strive to have players achieve their full potential, by mastering skills they can use on and off the field for their entire lives. 

FC Mesquite objective is to provide players a positive , safe and developmentally sound youth soccer experience.  We strive to continue to provide developmental programs that give our players and coaches the opportunity to grow within FC Mesquite.  

We will attempt to place players into higher levels of soccer beyond FC Mesquite.  We will work to have players participate in higher level programs such as Olympic Development Programs, and create opportunities for them to apply to collegiate soccer if desired 

The foundation of FC Mesquite philosophy is based on what we call  “The Process” . We focus on  “The Process”  not the immediate win or final goal.  We believe having the developmental process and focusing on that,  one step at a time,   will allow players to develop in a manner that is beneficial to their growth.  This is accomplished by having not just players, but also their support system (parents, siblings, friends, Etc.)  understand fully the steps in “The Process” and the wins within those steps of their development .
